Crayola Celebrates Teachers
Since the first box of crayons rolled off the line in 1903, Crayola has celebrated teachers. We started with Alice Binney, teacher and wife of one of our founders, who coined the name Crayola by combining the French terms for "chalk" and "oily." We continue to work with teachers, bringing innovative products, creativity-infused lesson plans, coaching, and product and grant donations. Now we are on a mission to reach 1 million teacher thank-yous! Who will you thank?
Watch as Crayola employees remember and honour each of the special educators in their lives.
